The Bridge is the student ministry of Ironbridge Baptist Church in Chester, Virginia.

Under the Lordship of Christ and supported by a team of committed leaders we will help students BELIEVE, BELONG, AND BECOME fully developed followers of Christ.

Staff

Steve Maltempi, his wife Joy and four children came to Ironbridge in 2003. Pastor Steve has 20 years experience in youth ministry. He holds a Master's Degree in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Phil from Oxford Graduate School.
